Once the device is unlocked and you’ve downloaded the right Fastboot file for your smartphone from the links above, download the latest Mi Flash Tool.

Next step is to download the latest .Net Frameworks via Windows Update (automatic updates should be enabled) by clicking on Download & Install in the pop-up window.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 too expensive? Samsung might have something for budget shoppers

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 made the headlines with its top-of-the-line specifications and features. But the handset doesn’t come cheap, making it unaffordable to many budget-conscious buyers out there. What if there was an alternative?

Samsung is not going to leave all of its budget shoppers out in the cold. Samsung’s Galaxy Note 8 is indeed the company’s first smartphone with dual camera lenses, but it won’t be the last. Just days after the big launch of the Galaxy Note 8, the South Korean tech giant is considering another launch and this time focusing on the affordable price point.

Samsung Galaxy J7+ has been making the rounds of the internet for a while, but this is the first time the handset’s official render was leaked. Successor to the popular Galaxy J7, the Galaxy J7+ will be the second smartphone in the company’s portfolio to sport dual cameras.

Thailand-based ThaiMobileCenter leaked an official-looking render of the Galaxy J7+, and it shows a dual camera setup at the back and a full metal body. The handset is also expected to come with “Live Focus” portrait mode, which will work identical to the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.

If it is any consolation, the Galaxy J7+ will feature ISOCELL sensors for better imaging, the report added. But there is mystery around essential features of the camera such as Optical Image Stabilisation and Laser Autofocus.

Samsung Galaxy J7+’s dual camera will be made of one 13 megapixel sensor with f/1.7 aperture and a 5 megapixel secondary sensor with f/1.9 aperture. On the front, the handset is expected to pack a 16MP camera for selfies.

The complete specifications of the Galaxy J7+ have been leaked to give a closer look at the device. It looks like the Galaxy J7+ will sport a 5.5-inch Full HD display. It is going to be powered by an octa-core 2.4GHz processor, which will be paired with 4GB RAM and 32GB internal storage with microSD card support. This configuration is pretty standard in mid-range smartphones priced around Rs. 20,000 – Rs. 25,000.

Samsung Galaxy J7+ is also expected to come with its own Bixby smart assistant, which adds a premium touch to the phone. But the company is expected to bring its AI to all smartphones eventually. Under the hood, the phone will ship with 3,000mAh battery and run Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS out of the box.

Even with such detailed leak, the exact pricing and release date of the phone remains unknown. But the company is expected to reveal more details sooner than later. Stay tuned.
